Dr Seema Arora is Board Certified physician practicing Internal Medicine, Primary Care & Addiction Medicine. She is also certified in various Medical Aesthetic and Wellness procedures. After completing her Medical School from Lady Hardinge, New Delhi, India and her residency from Mass General Brigham, Salem hospital in Massachusetts, she has been practicing on the North Shore area of Massachusetts for over Twenty Five years. In addition to her vast medical knowledge, Dr. Arora is known for her unique Aesthetic Talents and slick Procedural Skills . Combining her profession of Medicine with her passion for Arts, she created this Medical Aesthetics & Wellness practice called ‘NewYou’ where you are helped to Look & Feel your best by using comprehensive treatment plans tailored to your own personalized needs and goals!

In her spare time, she likes to pursue her hobbies of dancing, modeling , pageantry, & traveling the world with her family & friends. She also serves in many medical societies and non profit cultural and professional organizations in leadership roles.

Weight loss Management

Our medically supervised weight loss program helps our patients achieve and maintain a healthy weight. After reviewing medical tests and in-depth consultation, we create an individualized and comprehensive plan for each patient. Initial Consultation is followed by weekly appointments which can be done via telehealth. Nutrition plans are discussed and patients are taught about balanced and healthy lifestyle. Weight loss medications are prescribed if indicated. After achieving the ideal weight reduction, we will give you the tools, support, and encouragement to help keep your weight off.

Vitamin Injection

Thread lift

Thread Lift is a procedure in which temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible "lift" in the skin of face and neck. Threads are put to suspend the skin with the effect of pulling the skin back slightly and therefore lifting and tightening the face. In addition to being ideal for lifting the skin, threads also combat aging by provoking body's healing response and causing the body to produce large surges of collagen in treated areas,thus this process provides ongoing rejuvenation by causing gradual progressive improvement in skin's tone and firmness.This procedure is becoming increasingly popular due to its low risk, greatly reduced recovery time and affordability compared to surgical lifts. The effect can last from 1-3 years.

Botox

Repeated muscle contractions from frowning, squinting or raising eyebrows cause skin to furrow and fold, gradually resulting in the formation of frown lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines. Botox is injected in the muscle just beneath the surface of the skin to temporarily reduce the underlying muscle activity which causes these lines to look smoother. This FDA approved procedure for these areas takes only 10-15 min to perform and has minimal downtime. It may take 48 hours to a week to see the results. These results usually last upto four months.

Dermal Fillers

Injectable dermal fillers can soften facial creases, remove wrinkles, plump thin lips, enhance shallow contours, fill up scars and restore volume and fullness in the face. People choose to get dermal fillers to enhance their facial features or gain a more youthful appearance. This elective treatment usually takes less than half an hour, and recovery time is minimal. Results are seen right away and last months to years depending on the type of filler and the location.

Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure involving injecting a sclerosing solution directly into the spider vein. The solution causes the vein walls to swell, stick together and collapse, stopping the flow of blood. As a result, the vein fades and gets absorbed within 6-8 weeks leaving clear skin.Sclerotherapy is used to improve the cosmetic appearance of spider veins and to relieve some of the symptoms like aching, burning and swelling associated with them. Each treatment session typically takes about 30-45 min and results in elimination of 50-80 percent of injected veins. Subsequent treatments may be needed to see full results. If the veins respond to the treatment, they will not reappear. However, new veins may appear over time.
