Who We Are
MEET OUR DOCTOR
Dr. Seema Arora, MD, is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience in patient care, with expertise in medical weightloss, wellness medicine and aesthetic procedures. She completed her residency training at Salem Hospital in Massachusetts, a Harvard-affiliated hospital now part of Mass General Brigham.
Dr. Arora is licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts, New York, Florida, and Texas, providing care through both in-person and telehealth visits. She is currently on staff at Mass General Brigham Salem Hospital in Massachusetts.
Driven by her passion for helping people look and feel their best, Dr. Arora founded New You Med Aesthetics & Wellness, a physician-led practice focused on helping individuals achieve greater confidence, health, and well-being.
Many appreciate Dr. Arora’s warm, compassionate approach and attentive listening style, which allows her to truly understand their goals and develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Arora has been actively involved in community service through leadership and participation in several nonprofit and professional organizations at the local, national, and global levels. In recognition of her community service, she received Congressional Recognition on International Women’s Day in 2024 from Elizabeth Warren, US Senator from MA which was presented by Massachusetts State Representative Kay Khan.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Arora has a lifelong passion for the arts, including dance and creative expression, which inspires her thoughtful and artistic approach to aesthetics and wellness.

Carla Evans
Carla is a Medical Aesthetician and Operations Manager of Salon DeBeute and Skin Spa. After graduating from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, she worked as a Laser Technician and then Clinic Manager for many years at a large laser franchise company that dominated the Medical Esthetics then, at their top performing clinics at Newbury Street. After ten years of working there, Carla decided to move to Ethiopia, where her mother’s family lives, and opened her own Beauty Salon and Skin Spa designing it from top to bottom. During this time, she was able to experience many different cultures and got the opportunity to work with a wider range of skin types from the other side of the globe!
Lediana a Lash Technician with extensive training and experience in Lash Extensions & Brow Lamination. She is originally from Albania where she holds a Masters degree in Nursing and lash tech certification. She has been twice certified in Lash Extensions here in Boston, showing her dedication to her continued learning. Lediana loves beauty and is passionate about making women feel beautiful and confident. Outside of work, she is a proud boy mama!

Lorum Ipsum It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout.
